THERMOFIBER 1200 is a rigid molded  brake lining specifically engineered for industrial, medium and heavy duty applications. The absence of any rubber in this formulation allows it to be used in wet brake or clutch applications.

TF1200 is known throughout the industry for its extraordinary machinability, enabling precise crafting of finished parts. Flat sheets are available from 5/32” to 3” thick in the following sizes: 30” x 30”, 25” x 25”, 20” x 20”, 15.75” x 15.75.”

TF 1200 features a high fiber content and proprietary fiber alignment technology to enhance heat dissipation and polish mating surfaces, providing exceptional thermal stability maintaining its medium friction level through the range of operating temperatures.
