THERMOFIBER 1601 is a unique non-metallic Kevlar composite material designed for both wet and dry applications requiring high-performance and high-friction. Like  TF1600, its sister formula,  TF1601 offers exceptionally low wear rates, high & stable friction coefficient and smooth running, even at elevated temperatures. TF1600 polishes mating surfaces, virtually eliminating wear.

Besides these features, TF1601 has been designed with ecology in mind. The material runs cleanly with LOW BRAKE DUST. The manufacturing process employs no hazardous contaminating products or by-products.
